As a designer shuttling between corporate jewelry factories and European ateliers, I grew restless. The more I saw emerald-cut diamonds under sterile museum lights, the more I craved gemstones that pulsed with raw, imperfect beauty. The more I heard executives debate profit margins, the more I ached to create jewelry that honored the women who wear it, not just those who admire it. In 2020, trapped between lockdowns, I finally listened to the river inside me – that stubborn current insisting true luxury isn’t about perfection, but intention. Rivelle was born not in a boardroom, but in my tiny Brooklyn studio, where I fused Parisian goldsmith techniques with something radical: the courage to make luxury sustainable, accessible, and unapologetically human.
