- 14-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Late returns will be refunded as store credit.
- Condition Requirements: For a seamless process, please return items unworn, in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized items (e.g., engravings, resized products), sale items, and gift cards are final sale.
Return Process
- Contact Us First: Email support@rivellejewelry.com to request a return. A prepaid return label and instructions will be sent within 24 hours.
- Secure Packaging: Repackage the item with original materials and attach the provided label.
- Return Shipping Costs: These will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved. This ensures the fastest service.
3. Shipping

- Efficient & Sustainable: To reduce carbon emissions, orders ship from the studio closest to you within 7 business days. Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.
- Delivery Times: Most orders arrive within 10-15 business days, depending on local carrier efficiency.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.
- Late Returns: If exceptionally approved beyond 14 days, refunds will be issued as store credit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
